II.License

Standard License — non-exclusive, royalty-free, commercial use included. Pierce retains copyright and may reuse the design. (base price) Full Copyright Transfer — full copyright transfer. Pierce retains a license to feature it in his portfolio and on social media. (base price × 1.5) Full Copyright Transfer + NDA — full transfer, plus NDA until the project’s public release, then a portfolio license. (base price × 1.75)

The Process upon sending the email:

1. You will receive a follow-up email from Pierce confirming project details, quote price, and timeline. Follow-up time may vary depending on when the Commission was submitted.

2. Upon confirmation, Pierce will send you an invoice for the initial deposit of the project, and a contract agreement.

3. Upon signing the contract, and paying the deposit, Pierce will get to work on your commission! He will likely send follow up emails for clarity and /or request meetings as needed to reach the final design.

4. Upon completion of commission you will receive a low-resolution watermarked final image and an invoice. The final images and associated files (PSD, PNG, etc.) and license / copyright documents will be sent upon payment of the invoice.
